Our Servers are located on a network in the Albany Industrial Estate. Connectivity is provided via Fiber. Our server room is fully Air Conditioned, and all routers and customer equipment are behind Online UPS's. Ofcourse, Networks staff have 24/7 access to the server room, as they are responsible for running the data center.

Security of customer data is important to us. The number of people with access to the data center is tightly controlled, our servers use opportunistic encryption for whereever possible (particularly for email), and sensitive data kept is kept encrypted.
